Image inspection equipment

The production of the line sensor system of our company started in 1975, and it is being used widely in various plants to inspect the production goods for dirt, damage, and pinholes and as equipment for shape measuring. As this system performs contact-free quality inspection for the product, inspections can be performed quickly and with high accuracy.
Also, the line sensors of recent years also are being used actively as image acquisition cameras with high resolution.
Reflecting long years of manufacturing technology for video cameras, the line sensors of our company have excellent quality and performance, and their high reliability is recognized widely.

Image input equipment

Our company was the first to sell general digital cameras for factory automation and has contributed to their popularization. Progressive scan cameras like the high-resolution camera with 11megapixels are manufactured and sold under the brand name "Full-frame shutter camera", and we offer the largest number of models in Japan.
These full-frame shutter cameras are being used widely from minute LSI inspection equipment to Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). We are entering an era where various image information of factories is transmitted via wireless LAN when required and necessary information can be obtained, and full-frame shutter cameras using digital technology will be used also in these cases.

Others

Sheet measuring systems, video freezers, and other line sensors, as well as peripheral equipment for video cameras are being used in various industry fields as automation equipment with excellent reliability on the basis of the original technology of our company.
